About Primo EV
A Swedish engineering company, not a vehicle importer.
Designed and manufactured in Sweden. We develop and validate our own electric utility platform in Gothenburg — combining Swedish engineering with practical innovation, then bringing it to professional organisations across Europe through partners who know their markets.

Our story
Primo EV began with a simple observation: most professional utility work is done by vehicles far larger, louder and dirtier than the task requires.
Our founders had spent careers in Swedish automotive and industrial engineering, and kept meeting the same problem in the field — grounds teams, caretakers and facility crews driving pickups and vans over short distances, through narrow spaces, at low speed, with modest loads.
The three-wheel electric platform was the answer: narrow enough for footpaths and courtyards, strong enough for real payloads, and clean and quiet enough to work anywhere. Today Primo vehicles run last-mile deliveries in European cities and serve municipalities, hotels, campgrounds and industrial sites across Europe.
Principles
How we work.
Engineering before marketing
Every claim we make is something we have measured. Specifications are validated in real duty cycles, not on a spreadsheet.
Designed to last
Bolted panels, standardised parts and an LFP battery chemistry chosen for cycle life rather than headline range.
Quiet by default
Near-silent operation lets teams work early, late and indoors without disturbing residents, guests or patients.
Local partnership
Vehicles are supported by people in your market who know your regulations, seasons and operating conditions.
Sustainability
Lower impact across the whole life of the vehicle.
Zero tailpipe emissions are the starting point, not the whole story. We select chemistry and materials for longevity, build the chassis to be repaired rather than replaced, and design cargo bodies that can be refurbished and refitted between service lives.
